Safa is taking us for a ride

It doesn't need a rocket scientist to work out that Safa is taking the nation for a ride - and the question is for how long?

It doesn't need a rocket scientist to work out that Safa is taking the nation for a ride - and the question is for how long?

Raymond Hack vehemently denied Joel Santana was coming to coach the national team.

He said Safa needed someone with international experience. What international experience does Santana have? He said that after Safa had refused to give Gordon Igesund the Bafana Bafana job.

When Carlos Parreira arrived I said he wasn't a messiah. I was right.

Safa agreed that Parreira should help them get a replacement coach. They still believe in the man who dropped them like a hot potato.

He recommended his countryman Santana despite his lack of experience at international level.

Are these people blind?

It's high time that the nation objected to the way Safa is running the country's football affairs.

Why did Safa not go to the well-travelled Jose Mourinho or our initial target, Luis Scolari? Why do the people at Safa hate Igesund so much that they won't give him the job? We all know what an accomplished coach he is.

Where is Butana Komphela when we need him to speak up? Please help us save this apparently sinking ship from our blind Safa captains.
