The family of a 21-year-old deaf and mute man, who went missing at Pastor Chris Oyakhilome's Night of Bliss, has been found in good health.

Kagiso Benjamin Gababusi from Kimberley, Northern Cape, was reunited with his family on Wednesday after he had been missing for about a month.

Gababusi left home with his mother and a group of friends on March 27 to attend the all-night prayer organised by Christ Embassy church.

Though the family do not attend the church, they went to the event believing that their son would be prayed for and able to talk.

He got lost when his mother left him with her friends and went to fetch something from the car. His mother opened a missing persons case with the Jeppe police. Spokesman Inspector Richard Munyai said they were relieved that Gababusi was safe.

He was found at the Dr Yusuf Dadoo Hospital in Krugersdorp on the West Rand and was reunited with his family on Wednesday.
