Women from all walks of life will converge on the Sandton Convention Centre to mark Women's Show, the only one of its kind in the country.
David Wolstenholme, who launched the event in 2005, says the event, which is supported by SABC3 and Metro FM, was designed to deal with lifestyle issues that women battle with in their daily lives.
Wolstenholme says: "It is the only exhibition in the country that recognises that women are decision-makers in terms of all lifestyle purchases."
Issues that will be discussed at the three-day exhibition include home, relationships, food, fashion, beauty, career growth, financial planning and parenting.
The topic: "Superwoman myth or fact: Can a woman really have it all" will be one of the issues that radio personalities Azania Ndoro, Penny Lebyane, Unathi Nkayi, Criselda Kananda and Sakina Kamwendo will tackle at the exhibition.
Among the hot topics that Dr Eve, famous for her advice on sex and relationships, will cover is "Erectile dysfunction: the woman's role."
The SABC's Mandi Titi says that during the exhibition, visitors will be encouraged to identify ten issues that affect women as a way of raising awareness to those issues.
The issues will be presented to Deputy President Phumzile Mlambo-Ngcuka at the end of the exhibition, Titi says.
Entertainment will include belly dancing by the Goddess of the Dunes and pole dancing with Pole Persuasions while KG Moeketsi of Radio 2000 will mesmerise visitors with his latest music.
The show is open from 10am to 7pm today and tomorrow and 10am to 5pm on Sunday. Admission is R50.
