I read a lot of coaching material but I must say, Ted Dumitru's Reflections articles are well researched and very informative.

Before, I never saw my amateur players queueing before practice to read the Sowetan. They really enjoyed the articles. A big thank you to Ted Dumitru and the Sowetan for educating us. Let us hope it will not stop here.
