A Mauritian property development, Villa Valriche, is promising real estate investors 288 villas overlooking the ocean and two golf courses in the Domaine de Bel Ombre region for a bargain.

The initiative was opened up to international buyers in 2002. The project applies to purchases over $500000 (about R3,9million) on mass developments. - Zweli Mokgata
