It was the end of the road when Vaal Rand police surprised six men nonchalantly smoking a potent mixture of Mandrax and dagga inside a taxi yesterday.
Spokesman Inspector Molefe Mokoena said police were tipped off about a taxi that was distributing drugs in Extension 4 at Orange Farm when they made the bust.
"We initially could not find the taxi, but investigations led us to two Toyota Ventures parked in an open field," said Mokoena.
He said they found one vehicle empty and the other with six occupants. "We found the six smoking Mandrax, which was mixed with dagga, inside the taxi."
