Justice system favours rich, not poor

Our justice system is losing credibility and seems to only work for rich people.

I am getting angrier and losing confidence in our justice system. Perhaps I should be remonstrating with the law enforcers - the pathetic police officers who bungle every high-profile case.

They seem to intentionally not follow procedures when investigating, collecting evidence and executing their duties. Thuso Motaung's case is one of many. He is as free as is Mark Thatcher, DJ Sbu and Mark Scott-Crossly.

An efficient justice system fairly dispenses justice to all, irrespective of class and status.

The poor are subjected to stiff sentences for minor offences, while the rich get away. Justice must be restored or the poor will dissociate themselves from an institution that favours the rich.
