Peace Lovers, a rising Seshego, Polokwane, amateur side, plan to use their participation in the Nedbank Cup last-32 stage to build their profile.

Coached by former Orlando Pirates player Jackie "Styles" Ledwaba, Peace Lovers are pitted against Vasco Da Gama at Peter Mokaba Stadium in Polokwane on Saturday.

"The base of our success is on teamwork, discipline and commitment," said Ledwaba yesterday.

"Seshego has produced soccer greats such as Harris Choeu, Trott Moloto, Kingsley Masingi, Gerald Raphahlela, William Makhura, Joe Mahlaba and Solly Mokaba.

"We have youngsters such as Masilo Modubi (Belgium) and Tlou Molekwane (Kaizer Chiefs), that is why it is imperative to have a Premiership side."

Placed fourth in the Vodacom League, Peace Lovers are owned by Polokwane businessman Percy Motimele. On their game against First Division side Da Gama, Ledwaba said: "We are ready, the plan is to go all the way in the tournament. It will also help us build the profile of the club."
