Cubans have a higher life expectancy than South Africans. Here, only people who can afford private healthcare and private schools prosper. Fair and just health and education systems will eliminate the rich-poor gap. Castro might have violated human rights, but his positive contribution outweighs his negative. Not all dictators are bad and nobody is perfect.
