The fifth JP Morgan Chase Cooperate Challenge, known for the large number of participants it attracts, will once again take place at the Wanderers Country Club in Johannesburg next month.

The hugely popular race benefits local charities, and last year drew 225 000 participants from more than 7 500 companies worldwide. Contributions will be donated to Makhulong a Matala Community Development Services, a subsidiary of the Johannesburg Housing Company (JHC).

"JP Morgan is proud to be associated with Makhulong a Matala Community Development Services. The benefits go beyond physical well being and corporate camaraderie," said John Zehner, head of jp Morgan sub-saharan Africa. - Linda Moreotsene
