Banish negative energy to succeed

Success begins with the right mindset. As human beings, we all err and make wrong decisions sometimes.

Success begins with the right mindset. As human beings, we all err and make wrong decisions sometimes.

The only way forward is learning from past experiences by identifying patterns, common occurrences, family traits and events or people that might be holding you back. Once you have identified all that has been keeping you down and have important facts and information, clear all the negative energy from your past, focus on the present and move forward.

Getting a team of intelligent people in your business is very helpful during brainstorming, support and problem-solving, optimising the workload and pool resources, knowledge and skills.

A team always outperforms an individual and it is important to surround yourself with giants to become one yourself. Make a list of people you know and trust that could add skills, knowledge and resources to your venture. Show interest in others for them to be interested in you. Then interact with them and ask someone to check compatibility.

Make notes of at least two qualities, vocabulary or behaviours that you would like to emulate.

With regard to family members, look out for similar traits or characteristics you also possess that might have bothered you and do away with them.

One of the most important characteristics of an entrepreneur is optimisation by identification. This means that everyone you meet and in every situation you encounter, identify opportunities and optimise potential gains in knowledge, ideas and resources.

Having looked at your past, identify the strategy for rapidly increasing knowledge and add a future objective.

Now you are on your way.
