No work, no pay due to awful transport

I like the initiative by the Public Protector Lawrence Mushwana to ask Eskom to compensate electricity consumers.

I like the initiative by the Public Protector Lawrence Mushwana to ask Eskom to compensate electricity consumers.

I would like to appeal to KwaZulu-Natal transport MEC Bheki Cele to do something to rescue Durban bus commuters.

On January 16 I was waiting for the 2pm bus to town, but it didn't come. One was scheduled to arrive at 2.30pm, but it didn't come either. At 3pm, I had to go back home, phone my line manager to say I would not report for work because I didn't have cash. So I was not paid for that day.

At other times, the bus broke down and I had to complete the trip to town by taxi.

What a waste. Please help us.
