Reigning champions Lesotho Correctional Services are looking forward to swapping positions with Lesotho Mountain Police tomorrow.
The top of the table Buddie Premier League encounter will take place at Lesotho High School sports ground in Maseru in what is expected to be a thriller.
Affectionately known as Masheshena, Correctional Services are lying third on the log with 26 points from 11 matches.
Lesotho Mountain Police Services are second with only one point separating them from Masheshena, but the cops have played 12 games.
Masheshena returned from Swaziland yesterday where they played two international friendlies as part of their preparations for the 2008 African Champions League.
In the Championships League, Correctional Services start their campaign against South Africa's Platinum Stars in Rustenburg on the weekend of February 16 and 17.
During their visit to Swaziland, Masheshena played two 1-1 draws against Young Baffaloes and Green Mamba on Tuesday and Thursday, respectively.
Moseme Moseme, Masheshena publicist, said: "The game against Lesotho Mounted Police will be a tough, but we are ready for them. The plan is beat them and move to the second spot on the log. We also need to be consistent as part of our preparations for the Champions League. We are planning to play more international friendlies to sharpen for the tournament."
Coached by Katiso Mojakhomo, Masheshena have seven players doing duty for the Lesotho senior national soccer side.
They are Makalo Mehlala, Phasumane Kholuoe, Refiloe Potse, Ralekoti Mokhahlane, Kutlusiso Nthonyane, Shalane Lehohla and Khetho Sesinyi.
In other games, top of the table Matlama are away to Swallows at the Mazenod Sports Ground on tomorrow. Fourth-placed Lesotho Defence Force take Mphatlalatsane at St. Monicas sports ground on the same day.
