The deal, according to the Randburg-based station, is exclusively for sub-Saharan Africa.
The station said all 71 remaining 2010 World Cup qualifiers will now be screened exclusive and live on SuperSport after Brazil's nine home qualifying ties were signed up earlier this year.
The 2010 World Cup deal comes hardly a week after SuperSport signed the exclusive broadcast rights for Euro 2008 for the region.
Meanwhile, SuperSport has also added the exclusive rights for leading English Premier League club Arsenal's television channel.
With Arsenal topping the standings in the English Premier League there is great interest in the club, which has massive support on the African continent.
Arsenal TV will provide viewers with behind-the-scenes footage, interviews with players, management and others associated with the club.
In addition, there will also be archived footage of Arsenal matches and team and club news.
