A Thohoyandou high court judge last week recused himself from a high-profile case between the Vhembe municipality and its former mayor and a municipal manager.
Judge Godfrey Hetisani was to preside in the case in which former mayor Irene Mutsila and former manager Joseph Silinda seek to reverse their dismissal from the municipality.
The case was postponed to November 12 pending the appointment of another judge.
