I am 20 years old and work with a man who has become a very good friend. Even though he is 12 years older than me, we get on very well. I am in love with him and I know he loves me. We went out after work recently and we ended up in bed together. Now he is pretending as if nothing happened. The problem is that his girlfriend is my friend. I know it is wrong, but when I am with him everything feels so right. If I can't have him, I don't want anyone else. What do I do?

You know exactly what you must do. End the relationship. Besides betraying your friend, you are not being fair to yourself. You might feel that what you are getting from him is enough, but eventually it won't be. It will become increasingly painful. What sort of man behaves like this? He is cheating and lying to his girlfriend and if you end up with him he would probably do the same to you. He must be a very selfish man. Ending the friendship might break your heart, but you will heal. You deserve better, don't settle for second best.
