Bidvest Wits will be on the prowl for their fourth win of the season when they host winless Santos in a Premiership league game at Milpark Stadium tomorrow.

Kickoff is at 3.45pm.

George "Technics" Mogotsi, the team's manager, said they still hold a grudge against the People's Team who thrashed them 2-1 in the second round last season.

Said Mogotsi: "This match is not going to be easy because it is against a side that is second from bottom on the log.

"We definitely know they will be coming at us like wounded tigers to get results.

"We respect them because they have got well experienced players coupled with talented youngsters who are hungry for a win.

"'But on Saturday we are determined to send them back to Cape Town empty-handed."

Mogotsi added that coach Roger de Sa will be spoilt for choice because the team is injury-free.

However, they will be minus Paul Evans who was shown a red card two weeks ago in their 1-2 defeat to Jomo Cosmos in the Telkom Cup.

The People's Team are in desperate need of maximum points to move way from the relegation zone.

Santos mentor Jean-Marc Itheir promised that they will give their best on the day.

"It will be a difficult match, but we will try to give a good account of ourselves and hopefully register our first victory of the season,'' said the former Mauritian international striker.

Wits occupy third sport on the log with 10 points from three wins, a draw and one defeat in five games.

The Clever Boys will rely on the hard-working David Radebe up front while veteran Musa Otieno will spearhead the Santos defence.
