So write an essay and you can win bursaries worth R55000 from the Queentin Martin Foundation and Human Development Institution of Southern Africa (Hudisa)

The Queentin Martin Foundation is offering young people throughout the country an opportunity to write a 300-word essay on the topic: Mistakes That Have Made Me Grow. The topic is the subject of the second book written by Queentin Martin. The book is called A Step Hope and will be on book shelves soon.

Martin is the executive director of the national children's rights organisation called Kids Alive South Africa, an author, motivational speaker and also an entrepreneur. He owns a new restaurant called Shaakira Cafe, which will open shortly.

Kids Alive focuses on teaching communities about children's rights.

So, if you have what it takes and can write a brilliant essay, start writing now. Post your essay to: Bursary Competition, PO Box 31354, Braamfontein. The 20 bursaries are offered by Hudisa.
