I am still waiting to hear reports of tourists who were mugged, raped or murdered during the tournament, as sceptics say will be the case when we host the 2010 Soccer World Cup. But the reports are not forthcoming, so, perhaps our media is deaf and blind.
I am tired of the negative attitude of sceptical South Africans who are quiet about the peacefulness and smooth running of the Twenty20 tournament.
Just goes to show what hypocrites we have among us. Ha!
