Netcare 911 spokesman Nick Dollman said two other trucks and seven light vehicles were also involved in the accident. "It was a massive maize-carrying truck which fell on its side. We are not sure about what happened at that stage," he said.
The trapped man was in a very serious condition. Eight other people were taken to hospital. - Sapa
