Artists have until next month to register for next year's Grahamstown National Arts Festival.

Entries are open for productions and exhibitions for the main and the fringe programme.

The festival is scheduled to run from June 26 to July 5 next year. The festival committee welcomes all performance and visual art proposals for the main programme. Drama proposals should include a play script or script in progress; music: cassettes or CDs; dance: videos; visual arts: a portfolio (if applicable) or full details of works for the exhibition.

Proposals should reach the festival director by September 14.
