The missing dossiers of former ANC leaders denied amnesty must be found, the DA said yesterday.
Rapport newspaper reported on Sunday that police were not conducting further investigations into 37 former ANC leaders who had not received amnesty at the TRC for apartheid-era crimes.
The files have apparently gone missing from the public prosecutions office in Pretoria, it said.
Referring to the NPA's decision to prosecute Adriaan Vlok and others, DA spokesman Motlatjo Thetjeng said: "There cannot be any suspicion of favouritism, bias or victimisation."
He said everyone not granted amnesty should be subject to prosecution and that "the truth remains untold" about what the crimes were. - Sapa
