The saga of Health Minister Manto Tshabalala-Msimang continued yesterday.
The Health Professional Council said it would take action against those who leaked the minister's medical records to the Sunday Times.
"This is a flagrant violation of the ethical rule to maintain patient confidentiality," it said.
The Sunday Times yesterday refused to return documents to the minister' s office.
Tshabalala-Msi-mang said she would proceed with legal action after the newspaper failed to return her medical records.
