Third force claims baffling

Insinuations by some ANC bigwigs that there is a third force behind violent protests against poor service delivery, are baffling. I stand to be corrected, but those people who are protesting know poor service when they see it.

Insinuations by some ANC bigwigs that there is a third force behind violent protests against poor service delivery, are baffling. I stand to be corrected, but those people who are protesting know poor service when they see it.

Do ANC bigwigs think those people cannot think for themselves? Do we always have to look for a scapegoat for all our shortcomings? If my memory serves me well, these are the same people who decided on their own to take on apartheid.

After all, there was no deal between the people and government that if government failed to deliver on its mandate, the people were not supposed to protest. If the people did it to the National Party government, there is nothing stopping them from doing it now.

The ANC also hasn't covered itself well by supporting incompetent politicians and municipalities. Politicians are busy fighting for positions and totally ignore the masses.

King Sabata Dalindyebo municipality, where there is forever fighting, comes to mind. If they are not hitting and shooting at each other right inside council chambers, there is no mayor to be seen. They seem to stumble from one crisis to another.

Deliver on promises, then if a third force exists it will be unable to influence people.
