SuperSport United's Katlego Mphela scored a brace to steer his side to a hard-fought 2-1 win over a stubborn Black Leopards in the final of the Mopani District Executive Mayor's Cup at Giyani Stadium yesterday.
United, guided by Gavin Hunt, led 1-0 at interval after Mphela struck in the 43rd minute. Mphela increased his tally when he found the net four minutes after the restart.
Lidoda Duvha pulled one back through Thabiso Hlalele, who scored after a goalmouth melee in the 51st minute.
