It took magistrate Simon Radasi less than a minute to postpone the case against the alleged killer of Brett Kebble Glenn Agliotti, pictured, to October.

Agliotti appeared in court yesterday to face murder charges without his alleged accomplice John Stratton, who has fled to Australia.

Stratton's bid not to be extradited was rejected by the Pretoria high court.

Scorpions spokesman Panyaza Lesufi said: "We hope that by October we will be able to proceed with the case."
