The case of Annanias Mathe, the Mozambican national charged with escaping from Pretoria's C-Max Prison, was postponed in the Pretoria magistrates' court yesterday.
The case was postponed to July 16 to "centralise" all the charges against Mathe.
Mathe, wearing a light brown jersey and grey trousers, looked in better health than at his previous appearances.
He is facing 76 other charges, including two counts of escaping from lawful custody.
