"Obviously some stern words were said during the halftime break but more importantly was the leadership of guys such as John (Smit) and Victor (Matfield), just to name a few, which made it clear that all the spade work done through the years is now paying dividends," said White.
Despite what many might believe, this Bok team is undoubtedly one of the most balanced sides in the world and through White's selection policy a number of competent leaders have emerged which will undoubtedly be to the benefit of the team .
