I am disappointed with Transport Minister Jeff Radebe who told parliament last week that he did not know anything about the proposed monorail project in Soweto. His attitude does not help transport developmentws in this country.
Radebe is either not capable or is unable to delegate.
Who is responsible for informing him on transport developments in the country? Is Radebe telling us that his subordinates do not respect him and make decisions without consulting him?
I wonder why President Thabo Mbeki chose such an incompetent minister to hold two positions at the same time.
South Africa is battling to deal with pandemics that cannot be addressed efficiently. The roads carnage and Aids are claiming many South Africans everyday and Mbeki still asked Radebe to handle the Health Ministry.
South Africa wake up. We are tired of incompetent people ignoring the real challenges facing the country.
I believe that our government is arrogant and run by incompetent individuals.
Radebe must admit that he is failing to head the transport and health departments efficiently.
Denying knowing anything about eNaTis and the monorail project shows his inability to run them both.
This is not the way for a person who is interested in developing the country to behave.
