The taxi operators are a law unto themselves. This industry does not want to be regulated.

The industry rejects this hybrid monorail even though it is not providing a good service.

Commuters risk their lives daily when they use taxis. Unruly taxi drivers also threaten commuters.

Women and older people are the worst victims of this harassment.

To solve this problem the state has to tighten its control of the taxi industry.

The commuters have a right to use any form of transport they want.

They have a choice to use taxis, buses or trains. They also have the right to demand good service because they pay for the service.
