No one asks to be sodomised. A man sodomised against his will faces the same consequences as a raped woman does.
Therefore non-consensual sodomy should be equated to and prosecuted with the same diligence as rape. There should be no difference.
The judiciary has now upped the stakes and made it far more dangerous to be female in this country.
Rape is rape and should be seen as such.
