The man who was allegedly hijacked by Dan Mokoena after Mokoena, by his own admission, shot Lindiwe "Doobsie" Chibi two years ago is not happy with the way his case is being handled.

Moletsane Malebo of Mofolo Park said the justice system was "sidelining" him.

"I don't even know when Mokoena is going to be in court, let alone what charges he is facing.

"The last time I heard from the investigating officer was last year.

"I spoke to the prosecutor early this year and that's when I learnt that Mokoena was in a mental hospital for psychiatric evaluation," said Malebo.

Malebo was allegedly hijacked by Mokoena while reversing his car not far from Chibi's house.

Prosecutor Joanne Scholtz said Malebo would be summoned to court "when the time is right".
