Zille, who will remain the City of Cape Town's mayor, has highlighted three important areas during her reign as leader of the opposition. These are education, crime and racism.
Zille has told the national media that managing these three key areas successfully would result in a healthy and prosperous economy.
We share Zille's vision of South Africa becoming a successful democracy and reaching its full potential.
Our party believes that only restored moral values, cooperation and hard work by the government and all the citizens can make South Africa a truly successful democracy.
We also want to wish the former DA leader, Tony Leon, prosperity and success in all his future endeavours.
