"We are busy with a case study, it will be a state-of-the-art facility," said Julie-May Ellingson, head of eThekwini's strategic project unit and 2010 programme.

"The facilities will have medical suites where the tests will be done of the players, a gymnasium, offer accommodation and catering." - Ramatsiyi Moholoa
