Eskom should tell us whether their maintenance is adequate and if it is true they failed to do timeous repairs after being made aware of the damage to power feeder lines in Bedfordview. A special thank you to the Eskom team who worked non-stop and restored power on Wednesday night. While I believe we should not lose the 2010 Soccer World Cup, it is essential that all stadiums have standby generators.
