Limpopo premier Sello Moloto is due to speak at the University of Venda graduation ceremony today.
Other speakers include the university's chancellor, Cyril Ramaphosa, Eskom advisor Azwifaneli Levy Maduse and Univen dean Rocky Ralebipi.
According to a university spokesman "more than a thousand graduates will receive their qualifications from certificates to master's degrees."
