Yet another judge rules

Judge Phillip Levensohn will today deliver his decision on whether he will authorise a letter requesting authorities in Mauritius to hand over documentation pertaining to alleged meetings between Jacob Zuma, Schabir Shaik and French arms manufacturer Thint.

Judge Phillip Levensohn will today deliver his decision on whether he will authorise a letter requesting authorities in Mauritius to hand over documentation pertaining to alleged meetings between Jacob Zuma, Schabir Shaik and French arms manufacturer Thint.

The documents, pertaining to the ANC's deputy president's role in the arms deal, include the 2000 diary of Alain Thetard, former chief executive of Thales International's South African subsidiary Thint.

Levensohn will hand down his decision in the Durban high court today. - Sapa
