After registering contrasting results in the Absa Cup a fortnight ago, Bloemfontein Celtic and AmaZulu are keen to return to their Castle Premiership campaign with a bang by winning on Sunday.

They meet at Seisa Ramabodu Stadium at 3pm.

Phunya Selesele are on a high after beating Kaizer Chiefs 5-4 on penalties in the Nelson Mandela Museum Charity Cup in Port Elizabeth last Sunday.

But they cannot afford to underestimate Usuthu who have shown a great deal of improvement in the league campaign.

"They are in a dangerous position on the log and are desperate to avoid relegation and this could make them dangerous on Sunday," said Sello Nduna, Celtic's publicist, whose side claimed the scalps of Orlando Pirates in the Cup of Dreams.

"But unfortunately for them they will find us in a mean mood because we are eying a top eight position."

Nduna also appealed to their supporters to celebrate in a proper manner after matches and avoid damaging people's property.

James Dlamini, Usuthu operations manager, said they had to win at all costs to enhance their chances of survival.

"Celtic are playing well lately and it is about time that we bring them down to earth,"

Petros Mahlatsi has recovered from injury and should lead the hosts' attack with gusto.
