Police busted three members of what they believe is one of East London's biggest drug syndicates and recovered drugs and stolen goods worth R250000.
The police raided a house in Parkside on Tuesday following an extensive investigation.
Two men and a woman were arrested.
Superintendent Mtati Tana said the haul included 1100 mandrax tablets, 368 ecstasy tablets, half a kilogramme of crack cocaine and 10,23kg of dagga.
Police also found a large number of tyres and mag wheels.
"We believe we have broken the back of one of the biggest syndicates in East London.
"We look forward to making even more arrests in the very near future," said Tana.
