Knockout sensation Daniel "Billy the Kid" Bruwer and Rupert "The Natural" van Aswegen will collide in the main contest of the Golden Gloves box and dine tournament tomorrow at Emperors Palace in Kempton Park.

Their super middleweight clash is scheduled for 10 rounds. Few experts think it will go down to the wire and although the punching power of Bruwer has installed him as a slight favourite, many pundits think that Van Aswegen could spring a surprise.

Diners will get more than what they have bargained for in an international eight rounder between the unbeaten knockout king from Botswana, Kgotla "Bang Bang" Baeti, and the brutal punching Amon Baloyi.

These ring gladiators will clash over eight rounds in the lightweight division.

The Gauteng-based Baeti is one of Golden Gloves' development boxers. Promoter Rodney Berman said if Baeti is the real deal, then tomorrow's fight will remove any doubts.

There is much speculation over the possible outcome of the light heavyweight bout between the potentially brilliant Malawian Isaac Chilembe and his opponent Zambian Charles Chisamba.

Many experts believe that Chilembe bit off more than he can chew, and hordes of fight fans felt that the big hitting Chisamba should have earned the decision against Bruwer in November last year.

Improving junior lightweight fighter, Warren Joubert, steps into the ring against Moses Mahase over six rounds.

Grant Fourie, a former amateur star who is the nephew of the late grea,t Pierre Fourie, will make his professional debut against Bulelani Swani over four rounds in the lighweight class.
