Police in Limpopo have arrested a 54-year-old granny after she was found in possession of 30 bags of dagga.
The arrest of the suspect follows a tip-off from members of the community in Turkey village outside Tzaneen.
The spokesman for the police in Mopani, Superintendent Moatshe Ngoepe, said the police went to the woman's house and found dagga weighing more than 450kg with a street value of more than R300000.
The suspect was charged with possession of dagga.
She will appear in the Naphuno magistrates' court today. - Frank Maponya
