Team South Africa are out to stamp their authority in the Southern Africa Cross-Country Championships in Blantyre, Malawi, tomorrow.
South Africa will be among the 12 countries that will battle it out in four events in this yearly one-day regional competition. Namibia and the Reunion did not register to take part in the event.
Speaking from Blantyre yesterday, ASA development manager Molatelo Malehopo said they were confident of successfully defending their medal tally.
