In another twist involving the public protector’s office‚ the Minister of Co-operative Governance an.
I listened in shock when Minister of Defence Mosiuoa Lekota, instead of seeking to defend the defenceless people of South Africa, continued with the government's boring and uncaring attitude to crime.
It is nonsense for him to say that the people, who Kenneth Meshoe and Tony Leon said left South Africa because of crime, were just rich and vocal people.
This country belongs to both the poor and rich, black and white. If he is not concerned that people are leaving the country because of crime, we are.
People like him and Charles Nqakula do not deserve to be in government with this pathetic, selfish approach.
Just because they have 24-hour security does not allow them to talk as they wish.
Lekota talks like a headless chicken. I am sure the opposition parties are there to protect our interests, though they also want to score political points, but now they are on the right track.
Lekota and Nqakula cannot stop us from expressing our views, whether through letters to the media or in anyway we feel will make our points heard.
After all, the people shall govern.
Lekota and Nqakula are in power because we queued and voted them in to serve our interests and not theirs.
Please could somebody stop these arrogant people from their self-enriching behaviour. It is appalling and disgusting.
