It is not doing its work.
I started calling in December to secure a date for my driver's licence test, but to no avail.
Each time I call I am told that "unfortunately there are no dates available".
I don't even want to start counting the amount of money I have used calling the call centre.
I passed my learner's test last year in August.
I'm scared now that I might find myself having to write another test because it is clear that I'm nowhere closer to finding a date soon.
This is so stressful. The government really must do something to help us.
Some of us want to get our driving licences by following the proper channels.
We don't need to be discouraged by this incompetent process.
It is clear that the call centre is not efficient, nor is it helping.
Please, restructure the booking system.
