The so-called "wonga-list", said to name people alleged to have bankrolled a suspected coup plan in Equatorial Guinea, did exist, the Pretoria regional court heard yesterday.
James Kershaw, 27, a former personal assistant of Simon Mann - one of the alleged planners of the coup - told the court he knew the "wonga-list" existed.
He was testifying against eight men charged with contravening the Foreign Military Assistance Act.
