Millionaire Mandla Mthembu, husband of actress Khanyi Mbau, can count on the support of others in his tiff with the boyfriend of his former wife.

Mthembu threw a tantrum last week when he found a man, known as Stone, at his R3million house in Bedfordview.

He bought the mansion for his children who live with his former wife Dolly Matshabe.

"It's my house, and for my children. I won't allow any man in there," he said last week.

In support of Mthembu's stance on the matter are several Soweto residents who were randomly interviewed.

Most of them said Mthembu was right to kick the man out of the house .

Tobias Mthethwa said he "believes the woman has to respect me and my kids. She has to go out to see her date somewhere else."

Pitty Nyathi said: "The woman is not allowed to be in the house with a boyfriend. If she wants to be with another man, she must get out of the house and leave the children."

Jericho Mdhluli said: "It all depends on the agreement that we have. But at the end of the day we must respect each other."

Ruth Williams said: "No. If a woman wants to meet her boyfriend, she has do it in the streets. That is still the husband's house. Women have to respect their kids."

However, former model Babalwa Mneno had a different take.

"I cannot comment on the matter because what happens in the Mthembu and the Mbau's life does not concern me."

Lest we forget, Mneno last year reportedly threatened Mbau by saying she could take Mthembu if she wanted to.
