Mighty Pirates' ship is sinking

As a Pirates fan, I just can't take it anymore.

As a Pirates fan, I just can't take it anymore.

Indeed, the ship is sinking in a dramatic way.

Could it be because of the load of carrying 40 plus players? Could it be the design of the ship itself, based on the behaviour of the majority of its players?

Could it be that the captain of the ship has lost his compass, hence he can't sail in the right direction?

Could it be that the heavy winds of the sea are blowing so heavily that control of the ship is impossible?

While we may not have all the answers to the problems facing Orlando Pirates at the moment, truth be told that the sinking of this once mighty and unsinkable ship is making a mockery of the sinking of the Titanic and Mendi.

The trouble is that as this ship sinks, millions of people get affected. Five losses in 12 games is indicative of lost hope. It's only right to start writing an obituary for this team.

What Pirates are doing lately to us, its faithful supporters, is first-degree torture.

This is too much. Pirates are just nowhere to be found, not even their shadows are visible.

Following Pirates is like being married to a nagging wife who will expect you to have an erection after a big argument. This team is not for the faint- hearted.

Enough is enough.

As a soccer fan, can somebody tell me if there are any fans better than the Celtic fans in the world? Can't we lobby for Bafana Bafana to be based in Bloemfontein for the world to see how passionate South Africans are about soccer?
