Twenty-eight female guards were unfairly dismissed by a security company because the client‚ Metrora.
A 4-year-old girl was raped while walking back from a shop in Lebowakgomo, outside Polokwane, police said yesterday.
The child's mother found her crying in bushes near the shop when she went to look for her, Captain Mamphaswa Seabi said.
Seabi said: "She told her mother that a man had dragged her into the bushes and raped her."
The rape was confirmed at a local clinic. No arrests have been made.
