His contract with Mamelodi Sundowns expires in six months but former Bafana Bafana goalkeeper Brian Baloyi has made it known that he wants to end his illustrious career at Chloorkop.

"We have not started negotiations yet but I strongly feel I have not yet achieved what I had set out to achieve at Sundowns," said Baloyi, whose two-and-a-half-year stay with Sundowns has been marred by an 18-month shoulder injury.

"When I came here, I wanted to win things with Sundowns but that has not yet happened.

"If the club still wants me, I will gladly stay. In fact, even if I received any offers, I would exhaust all avenue at Sundowns before considering them.

"I have never been one to hop from one club to another and I am not about to start now," said the former long-time Kaizer Chiefs goalkeeper.

Baloyi, 32, was with Amakhosi for 13 seasons before moving to Sundowns.

He arrived with a huge reputation after keeping goal for Bafana Bafana all the way to the final of the Africa Cup of Nations in Burkina Faso in 1998, and being a member of the 1998 World Cup and 2000 Olympic Games squads.

It was thought Baloyi would be number one at Sundowns until injury struck.
