Society needs your help

Projects and services of the Johannesburg Child Welfare Society include interventions related to child abuse, sexual abuse, adoption and foster care, children's homes and HIV-Aids education, awareness and training programmes.

Projects and services of the Johannesburg Child Welfare Society include interventions related to child abuse, sexual abuse, adoption and foster care, children's homes and HIV-Aids education, awareness and training programmes.

Other services offered by the society include children's homes catering for youth infected and affected with HIV-Aids, orphans and those who have been abandoned or come from dysfunctional homes.

Life skills training for street children, especially girls, is one of the other services offered by the society with the focus on entrepreneurship for the young charges.

The society encourages Gauteng residents to help the society in organising fund raising events and donating at these events, in adopting or fostering children and volunteering in the society's charitable campaigns.
